John Millington Synge, The Playboy of the Western World, Stanley Sultan, ed.(Barre, Massachusetts: Imprint Society, 1970). Limited edition of 1950 copies. Six polychrome lithographic brush drawings, Image of Christy Mahon repeated as frontispiece, on Glastonbury Antique Laid manufactured by Grosvenor Charter Ltd., Flintshire, printed by the Dolmen Press, Dublin. Designed by Liam Miller, text composed in 14 on 16 point Linotype Pilgrim and handset Perpetua types. Tall octavo, yellow cloth boards, stamped in gold in a design by the artist. Housed in publisher's matching slipcase with wrap-around band.
